Factory Valve Seals are a wear-item. They wear out over time and cause the engine to consume oil and blow smoke out of the exhaust. Ferrea makes a very nice performance valve seal that we use in all of our rebuilds. Ferrea valve seals are made of rubber compound material for intake application and special hi-temp compound for exhaust application.
