There is a huge amount of F8X Platform M3 and M4s out on the roads and a huge amount of owners who want to get more power from their engines. The single turbo conversion method is to remove the miniature OEM turbos and replace them with a larger motorsport unit. This manifold is designed to maximize flow, which lowers EGTs and takes some of the stress out of the engine, allowing it to make more power across the rev range. Our S55 Manifold allows the fitment of Garretts G35 series, and the most popular G35-1050 model. They chose to utilize the G-Series as they produce huge power in a tiny package.

The Kit

The full BMW S55 Single turbo kit utilizes our manifold, with a 3.5" Downpipe. a 4" Intake pipe and boost pipe divided to meet an OEM fitment charge cooler. The hose kit contains Oil and Water lines for the Turbo, along with blanks for the unused oil feed/return ports. If using a custom build exhaust the downpipe is supplied with clamp and mating face of the V-Band.

Lifetime Warranty

Walton Motorsport has designed their manifolds to put up with some serious abuse though. They offer a lifetime warranty on our products as many do. However, they put a huge emphasis on the strength and durability of our products to stop them from failing. The biggest inconvenience when it comes to a failed manifold (providing none of it ends up inside your turbo or engine) is removing it for repair. By eliminating the failure in the first place, they can honestly say it would be extremely unlikely to experience a failure of our products. Consequently, They wouldn't sleep well at night if our product failed and cost you a result.
