The Ford YB engine is legendary in motorsport, and people are always wanting more and more from their YB engines. So we introduce you to our version of the YB manifold. Suited to a Garrett G Series Turbo (G25, G30 or G35) and compatible with RWD Conversions such as Mk1 and Mk2 Escorts it's the perfect solution to update your Ford YB with a modern turbo.

Lifetime Warranty

Walton Motorsport has designed their manifolds to put up with some serious abuse though. They offer a lifetime warranty on our products as many do. However, they put a huge emphasis on the strength and durability of our products to stop them from failing. The biggest inconvenience when it comes to a failed manifold (providing none of it ends up inside your turbo or engine) is removing it for repair. By eliminating the failure in the first place, they can honestly say it would be extremely unlikely to experience a failure of our products. Consequently, They wouldn't sleep well at night if our product failed and cost you a result.

Ford YB Turbo Manifold Features

  • Carefully selected 304 Stainless steel tube. Working to eliminate the risk of material failure.
  • Fully Purged welded. Subsequently improving gas flow leads to increases in power and lowered response times.
  • Our unique in-house designed and UK-manufactured billet collector. Resulting in high strength, durability, and turbo lifespan.
  • Multi primary pipe wastegate port design developed with leading engine tuners to allow high control and remove boost creep.
  • Fully Smoothed Head Ports designed to optimize gas flow. As a result, providing an increase in power and lowered response times.
  • Optimized for use with Turbosmart Wastegates 40-50mm.

Ford Escort Mk1/Mk2 Fitment Notes

  • For clearance, the brake servo must be removed, along with a pedal box to bring the master cylinders inside the vehicle.
  • Hydraulic clutch conversion advised to aid downpipe routing
  • Ideally suited to WorldCup cross member and engine mounts
  • Designed to work with the Garrett G Series Turbos up to G35-1050

Ford Sierra/Escort Cosworth Fitment Notes

  • Custom downpipe and boost pipes will be required as it is not OEM location.
  • 4WD downpipe routing is tight when using a plumb back wastegate due to the transfer box. But 3" is possible. This is easier on Left Hand Drive Cars
  • Wastegate positions not suitable when ABS pump us located on same side as manifold, will need custom position.
  • Designed to work with the Garrett G Series Turbos up to G35-1050
