T7Design K20 Billet Shorty Inlet Manifold - RWD - Black
The T7Design Full Billet Shorty Inlet Manifold has been engineered to be as compact as possible whilst providing a 4ltr plenum volume and large throttle body for turbo charged applications, thus offering a greater horsepower potential for turbo charged K series builds that are installed into extremely shallow engine compartments. Our manifolds are meticulously designed, featuring ORB ports for vacuum and sensor connections, injector retention clips, cable management, precise port alignment, fully O-ringed mating surfaces, and Titanium hardware. All the billet components have exceptionally crisp surface finishes which is achieved via fine tool paths and optimum feed rates, this results in a longer machine cycle time which adds to the manufacturing cost, but the results speak for themselves. To finish, our manifolds undergo a three-step Hard Matte, Dust Black anodizing process for enhanced durability and to ensure they still look great after years of abuse. All of these features reflect our commitment to unmatched quality and craftsmanship in the design and manufacturing process.
The T7Design Shorty Inlet Manifold is perfectly suited to applications with very shallow engine compartments where traditional inlet manifolds are too long to fit, our manifold is 60mm shorter than a Honda RBC manifold whilst offering a larger plenum volume of 3.9 litres, making it ideally suited to turbo charged applications.
- Fully CNC machined from 6061-T6 aerospace grade aluminium finished with a Hard Matte Dust Black Anodising.
- O-Rings used for each mating face, TB to Plenum, Plenum to Runners, and Runners to Head.
- O-Ring pinch points are incorporated into the design to prevent O-Rings falling out during installation.
- Alignment dowels to ensure perfect fit between Plenum and Runners.
- Reversable plenum allows the manifold to be configured for front or real wheel drive applications.
- Bosch 74mm Throttle Body Flange (70 x 70mm bolt pattern).
- Compatible with the standard Honda or aftermarket EV14 injectors, and includes Bosch injector retainer clips.
- Includes bespoke fuel rail with 3x ORB08 connections, 2 at each end and one in the centre.
- Four ORB08 accessory ports for vacuum take off or sensors, 2x located on the end of the Plenum, and 2x on the back face of the runners.
- Two M6 threaded holes underneath runners that can be used for wiring retainment or for manufacturing a runner support.
- Compatible with K20A series heads. Optional adapter available for Z series heads.
- Large bell mouth and short tapered runners prioritise top-end power.
- Titanium bolts included.
- Designed for K-Swap applications with compact engine bays, such as: Honda NSX, Lotus Elise/Exige, Toyota MR2, Austin Allegro and more.
- Plenum Volume as standard: 3.9 Ltr, expandable to 4.9 Ltr with optional Volume Spacer.
- Lightweight design at 3.9kg with fuel rail and hardware.
